(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home1/downear3/public_html/drupal-5/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6131Between February and May 2009, the FT Project performed a set of “Around the World” themed observing days – the observations were carried out by schools from Hawaii, USA, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Wales, England, Portugal, Germany, Russia, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Puerto Rico and India.
These observations allowed us to measure orbital variations as shown below where 1 orbital period was just over 4 hours.

Since then, these data have formed an integral part of a project developed in conjunction with Dr Rosa Doran (NUCLIO.Portugal) called Black Holes In My School (BHIMS), more details of which can be seen here.
