problem loging in
Hello,
it seems I cannot log into the educational part of the website (at http://resources.faulkes-telescope.com/login/index.php). I am able to log into the telescope part of the website. Requesting help through the 'forgotten password' option doesn't work either. If I enter my e-mailadress it runs into an error about a connection to the SMTP host. If I try to enter my e-mailadress instead, it states that my registration has not yet been confirmed. My username is wouter.spaan.
Could you offer some assistance?

Problems getting going
I have had no luck with requesting observing time. Every time I click search for available slots I get the message that there are no slots available. I have been trying for months but never had any other response.
I have taken part in 2 projects where time has been allocated for me. I cannot download the FITS files from these observations but can download other schools files. Is there something wrong with my account?

I'm confused about getting started.
I've applied (I thought) on a two page web form for an account for me and my school to use the Faulkes Telescope and support material.
I have received 2 e-mails today
1) Faulkes Telescope Account, giving me an Account Number, Username and password
2) Account details for ..... at Faulkes Telescope Project giving me the same username but a different password
