Problems getting going

I have had no luck with requesting observing time. Every time I click search for available slots I get the message that there are no slots available. I have been trying for months but never had any other response.
I have taken part in 2 projects where time has been allocated for me. I cannot download the FITS files from these observations but can download other schools files. Is there something wrong with my account?

Hi Graham,
I've just checked your account and there did seem to be a problem with how it was set up - I've fixed that now and you should be able to search for available slots on the telescopes. Sorry for the inconvenience this has no doubt caused you - I've put some extra time in your account so that you can book up some slots!
I've also tried logging into your account and downloading the FITS files - this seems to work, but may be a consequence of the fix I just did for your account, so if you could log into your account and click on 'Your images' and try to download the files again, and then let me know if it's successful, that would be great.
