Jupiter

Jupiter (aka Jove, Greek Zeus) was the King of the Gods, the ruler of Olympus and the patron of the Roman state.

Jupiter is the fourth brightest object in the sky and has been known about since prehistoric times as a wandering star. Galileo's observations of Jupiters' moons contributed to the acceptance of Copernices' heliocentric model of the Solar System.
